How to Use the Patient Portal

The healthcare team at Paducah Rheumatology is here to help you manage your rheumatic disease and now, we can support you when you're here for an appointment or away from our office.

As a patient, you will receive access to an online portal where you can find any of your patient records, upcoming visits and log information that will help manage your rheumatic disease and reduce flares.

It's a way that you can find any information you may need about your rheumatic disease and log information for your healthcare provider here at Paducah Rheumatology to review during your next appointment.

This information will help us better understand the current state of your disease and what may be causing your flares. As a result, we can work together to form a treatment plan designed uniquely for you and your healthcare needs.

First, access the email sent to you by Paducah Rheumatology that includes your login information. If you can’t find this email, reach out to our office and request for another email to be sent with this important information.

Open the email with your patient portal login information and follow the steps provided in the tutorial video below:

For even more convenience, our patient portal is compatible with the Healow app which you can download to your smartphone or tablet. Visit the step-by-step tutorial for how to download and use the Healow app here.

We encourage you to routinely use these digital tools as they will help make your healthcare experience at Paducah Rheumatology even more enjoyable and successful.
